how much do your services cost?

All my prices are project based, so I will send you the final rate after I get to know the entire project scope. I will present it to you in a Project Proposal, alongside an overview of the project objectives, the deliverables you’ll receive, and a timeline.

how long does the process take?

The timeframe for the branding packages is around 3-5 weeks, depending on the option you choose and also on your other needs. If you add on extra items to the package, the timeline will be extended based on this. If you have a specific deadline we need to work with, please mention it in the enquiry form.

how do i know I’ll like the designs?

Before designing your concept, we’ll chat in order to determine your business’s goals and values, audience, and tone of voice. After this, I’ll research competitors, build your brand strategy, and present you with two possible creative directions for your brand. These will include guidelines for typography, colour palettes, imagery, mockups and more. You will then choose your favourite, which will serve as the point of reference for the designs moving forward. Then, after I create the designs and present them to you, you will have two rounds of revisions where we can tweak your new brand to perfection.

do you offer revisions?

Of course, your feedback is essential to the design process, ensuring you’ll love the final product. Each package includes two revisions. To get the most out of them, I encourage you to take a bit of time to think about the designs and figure out what you love about them and what you don’t love as much, and why. It’s also helpful to get feedback from other sources (your family, friends, social media followers, etc.) for a more diverse perspective. Once you’ve collected your thoughts, send me a list of all the necessary edits so that it all counts as just one revision. Then, after I tweak, edit, and make the needed changes, we can move on to the second revision round, if needed.

what is *not* included in my package?

FONTS: You will need to purchase your own license to further use the fonts from your branding. (all fonts are either free or under $30)

how do i secure my booking?

All bookings need a 50% deposit in order to be secured.

do you offer payment plans?

I realise that branding can be a significant investment for a business. That’s why I work alongside every client to create a payment schedule that works for all, varying from 2-4 installments that are calculated on the final investment.

what if i can’t afford custom branding?

I know that not all businesses are ready to make an investment in custom branding services, but they may still need a strong, cohesive brand identity. That’s why, once a month, I release a set of five semi-custom, pre-made branding kits in my Brand Shop, which are available for you to purchase for a generously discounted price. These are plug-and-play branding sets that I will then customise for you after your purchase, updating the logo suite to fit your business name. Each kit is only sold a few times to keep brands unique.
